Do you work alongside our crew engineer?
Yes. We diagnose with your engineer, explain what we find, and leave the system documented so the crew knows what was done and why.
Do you need the yacht hauled out?
Almost never. Chilled-water, refrigeration and watermaker work is done dockside or at anchor. A haul-out is only needed for below-waterline items such as a thru-hull.
Why is the chilled-water system tripping?
The usual causes are low seawater flow to the chiller condensers, a failing flow switch or pump, low refrigerant charge, or a control fault. Repeated resets can damage a compressor, so it is worth a proper diagnosis before the next trip.

All the major marine A/C, chilled-water, refrigeration and watermaker brands, including Dometic, Webasto, Frigoboat, Isotherm, Vitrifrigo, Sub-Zero, Scotsman, Spectra and Schenker. We are independent and not a dealer for any manufacturer.
What areas do you cover?
St. Augustine, Melbourne, Stuart, Jupiter, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the whole of the Florida Keys, from Key Largo to Key West.

Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Outside those hours, call (561) 319-9112 and leave a message with the vessel and the problem.
